My peace with this life

I strive for peace

Yet my peers are chaos and refute calm,

Cynical people is not a place I need to be

I rather be left alone and relaxing at sea.

I like to be nice 

I love banter and have fun 

my peers are serious with political approach 

It’s a time of austerity which causes harm and encroach.

Relax at gods will

Work to serve a higher hope,

The lack of patience inside 

God willing we look to survive.

Yet I’ll be light hearted and avoid any attack

The hope of kindness is an attribute none of us need to lack. 

Be gentle with life 

And careful with otherwise for whom you cannot are inside

God is the all purposeful 

Where no one shall subside.

People that don’t understand.... you

People who don’t understand, your process of thought

You are unique

And also Gifted

Loved and misinterpreted 

Yet through your gifts you are listed.

Your praise comes from above 

Not the people that diss you,

You are beautified and defied

If you are upset no one should refuse you as you have tried.

I am an athlete 

I am proud in what I’ve achieved 

I belong to gods greater plan

He is the one whose believed.

I am articulate 

I am graceful in how I appear,

Humble in mercy, it’s god whom I fear.

I can produce extraordinary stuff 

I can write with my heart on my sleeve,

I love you lord, you are my shoulder to cry on when I have any doubt

Friendship

Friendship for me was once a thing of the past,

I thought people cared

But they were the wrong few 

Now with gods love he descended an angel, that was you!

Thank you for caring 

We don’t have so much of it these days.

Mostly out for number one 

Those who stare at life in a hapless glum.

These words are emotional 

These words are humble and still 

These words are a sign of gratitude 

My hugs are yours and thank you for making me believe 

It’s quite humbling to be open and receive. 

God our maker 

Friendship our promise land 

Here’s my and my heart 

The two entwine, and that’s the start, 

If you believe in love..

I suppose we are all different 

And we are all work in progress,

Some are in a good season 

Some in a way that’s challenging 

Difficult circumstances, hard for managing.

The essence of love is a dream from god

Seek and ye shall find

None those less fortunate 

Shall no longer become blind.

I love that feeling when love grabs your soul

Yet it’s your intimate relationship with god

Shall pave away through a humble nod.

Love is kindness 

Love is action

Love doesn’t consist of any other fraction.

To feel emotional and loved

Looking to the sky’s that are above.

Stay open, true and pray each day 

Humble mercies, the ingredients that shall stay.  

Stormy day

Think of those out in the cold

Covering blankets, soaking wet 

A dim a dozen others disregard.. you bet!

The storms hits hard 

People do care 

A bowl of soul and a warm place to rest

God please resolve our selfish mess.

We are not all the same I know 

Some have huge hearts and think of others,

From that one day it could be you

Rain hitting hour face with total discomfort 

Weather outside “please shoo”

Days of light 

Days of warmth 

Days like today hit us hard,

Think of others, cramping inside a damp place

God almighty as prayers is where you want to face.

Encourage

You may appear confident 

You may appear bright

Gifts from the heavens 

Often difficulties insight.

People shall fall short of life 

Drink to access to blot our pain

Others exercise profusely 

To rid the stain.

Here are my words 

The time I spend with god,

Insult me or not 

These words of encouragement 

Shall never be forgot.

Be gentle on your wants 

Yet drive towards your dreams

Hope and understanding 

Is never as far as it seems.
