Can’t do this alone

​A.A. Member and I was speaking to my sponsor, 
Surrendering to a power great than I, 
I was in despair and simply wanted to say goodbye. 

If that is you, please don’t give in
You will be okay, trust in the words of A.A.
And remember it’s okay to say how you truly feel, 
No judgement from here, but your sponsor and you would need to heal. 

You have to acknowledge patience
And time with others who are in the same boat, 
Life on life’s terms, and the bonus no one in the A.A. Rooms shall judge or gloat. 

You are uniquely you, 
You are made as you are;
If others complain about you loose ‘drinking’ mind,
God remains still, he is patient and through the programme of your higher power.. you shall find a ‘deep seated’ kind.
