Haven’t we all been in that place of strength?
How do we sustain that? I think personally that’s leading you to become ‘hell bent’.
Showing vulnerability is okay too
Letting go at times when facing a struggle,
Saying ‘I need you God’ when you face times of trouble.
Is there disgrace to say ‘I can’t do this anymore!’
It’s from that realisation point you have gone belong the feeling of becoming sore.
Times are stressful
Times are graceful too
I am looking towards God now… I suggest you do the same too!
It’s not a cult
Something you need to belong
This is mercy and grace at it’s finest, as there’s no need to turn back
Your higher power has got you, the past doesn’t need to be retract.

"None of us can stay positive all of the time.... my theory and practical is this, if you pray everyday, be nice to that one person every day (or better still more people), then the world will have that little more love to show and perhaps you will feel better....Anger solves nothing, love creates harmony, encouragement, hope and love..." What about me? I have type 1 diabetes, love the arts and I am a god fearing man (I am sure you can tell)...... I am also on IG type '@jaypoeticsensitivity.

I have been strong and I have been weak
What have I learned from A.A.
What have I learned?
There’s is a time to let go because this addiction has always been inside,
You didn’t now how to get rid of it, or whom I should confide.
I would have been scared to be judged
I would have been scared to let you and others down,
This is a new start, another birthday to celebrate and don’t forget the ‘chip’ day that comes around.
This is a subtle disease, it can get you when you least expect,
I lost my Father so I went off the rails,
I thought no one cared, even though they said that they did
Now I have met fellows in the rooms, supportive and now seeking to re-live.
We look at the similarities and not the difference
The latter word tends to judge,
Especially in a world is full of trickery, but this disease will kill you if you do not budge.
If you don’t drink, then sure you don’t understand what’s in my heart
I am blessed to have God on my side…. As from this moment I’ll stop and depart.

A time to…..
There’s a time to burn
A time to learn
a time to release
A time to rest
You know at the end of the day you are divinely blessed.
There’s a time to be strong
A time to be weak and frail,
A time to be laugh and lighten the day
These things we are all learning about ourselves, our memories never fade.
There’s a time to be serious
A time to show the world the gifts you possess
And there is a time to relax, reenergise and show you and others you are able to do your best.
There’s a time To advice
Without the element of surprise,
We all have knowledge and attributes to portray
But the most important thing is.. we only have today!
