What have we learnt?

Change is inevitable 

something we cannot avoid, 

we can never go back to our old ways

as moving forward is what we portray.

We look for activity, including a balance in peace, 

We look to capture goodness of others, 

rather than destroy and make them feel ill as ease. 

We can only learn to move forward

never ever go back, 

reminiscing others what they once did

a prayer is the sanctum,  through the negativity we shall rid. 

How do we move on?

It's simple, through a prayer, 

I pray for my enemies when I feel in pain

I am not going back, that's just insane?

We have learned so much during these drastic changes

Distance?

hope?

love!

kindness!

As hostility is slowly starting to be removed

There is never been balance in Faith

A power which protects you through any wrate.

"Peace and love... all the way baby!!!"

Starting the Day...

Always start a day with a prayer
it won't hurt you...
God is always  listening and wants to be there.

He likes to speak to you...
you will find yourself at peace,
humbleness removes aggression,
the gym is where you start with that procession.

I start the day with a 3k run
praying to God when breathing gets heavier inside,
I feel at peace and encouraged
as my aim is to continue to strive.

I may not earn lots
and far away from the goals I want to achieve,
yet I start a run in the morning to come closer to the king
Knowing there is many joyful times he is waiting to bring.
