Soon a new year is now due to be born.

With grace and motion, 

learning to delve into a new year with all intensions and stable emotion.

Learning to evolve 

And learning from your rivals next step. A beautiful time is due to appear.. Now we need guidance to remain strong, which obviously needs to be fought to prevent any wrong.

Cost of a Smile

A smile a day

Starts to take the pain away.

A run, a jog or even a mild walk, shall elevate a smile a pride holds back the devilish stalk. 

We wonder how we enter into a difficult place. Hard one to answer that, just like asking "how did that get up there?". None of that truly matters as we ultimately look to care..

One day may be your last, and may it be treated like the best. 

All that matters is that you are humbly blessed.

Learning from the start

Monday... Sometimes difficult to be positive,

Divine intervention can be so sublime.

To love, to learn to aspire and to enrich, yet the process of the flesh shall always put us through a test. 

I shall hold your hand my brother and sister as our God shall make it great, and with time ticking by.... You know what? It shall be all fine.

Brotherhood, sister ship shall breathe the fumes of love from our King. With the delights received from the high and mighty, we shall capture the touch of the holy light.. fight off the devil with the goodness we hold inside...

Back in the game

May the light be bright

Even when the sky's are bleak,

We aim to capture and regain our focus..

As we can't be doing this hocas pocas.

When down during the time we are out of the game, which can lead us going insane.

With strong brother-ship and guile, we shall always beat the devil.., and that doesn't take a long while...

We are protected by the one and only 

And the path to Christ is glory as well as holy...

Please arrive back into the game, because that's where our aims surges towards. Love comes with repentance and worship, which also leads. Ourselves  as brothers and sisters shall follow the gospel of Jesus Christ, which guides us as disciples to enter onto a path which is serene.

Heart opens a wound

I called and cried

I can't say sorry enough

Yet I do the wrong things.. As I look to turn wrong into right... My tears are holding back a fight.

You yelped and expressed truth yet I want to arrive back to your life. Your voice gets louder and louder with the points proved you want to say..

I am hurting now.., pain, please go away.

I have never been perfect and despite the vices I hold

I cry in genuine truth

Like pulling out an aching tooth.

I won't ever stop loving you as the wound opens and enters deep.

I need to remain true and try to rise as the skill is to avoid a demise.

And respect where you come from. 

If peace is what is desired, then respect is what you ultimately deserve.,

Words from heaven

God runs deep

Are we as humans.. Suppose to have a clue?

People worse off... Are they?

Clinical Depression  runs deep. Imagine this....falling in a hole and you can't find the edges to climb out to safety? People worse off!?

You still have the demons to deal with and, you need to find the clues,

yet the world expects you to pick yourself up and get on with it. Yeah! Of course it's like popping a zit!!! Easy to do when the root has arrived to the surface..

The hole is scary. Like I said before you cannot find a way to feign the decaying woe...

So how will it be? As this decaying thought of the mind just won't go...!!

Of course you need to get better, and sometimes perspective is the key. Yet the clinical struggles run through, so how can you start finding you??

Relapse begins 

And relapse tests, this is more than perspectives calling. Don't you think I want to stop falling!

I don't get a buzz from this?

I am suppressed for the reasons I am expressing my woes,

The anxiety starts from my head and falls down to my toes.

May the tears release the pain,

Rather than going insane.. 

I am still working through this mental pain and people say "put things into perspective" yet the demons need to be hit by a venomous cane..

*Moral of the story.. Yes people are worse off but clinical depression isn't Luke chewing gum, that you can eventually remove from your teeth...

Such a joy to be around,

Love the endless energy

And yet hard to contain

Yet his sheer presence 

Never makes my love wane.

I love the child who shall reap into a beautiful and handsome man,

His beautiful face and glancing smile

Makes his visit so much worth while.

I love my soona

His delightful face and journey to take,

I shall yearn to be there 

From this these times we love to take.

Enjoy your life

And enjoy the path from moments you obtain.

Look to the future

And absorb what you feel is good advice,

Love, communication, honesty, patience and time. 

Is the essence of love and motive to this rhyme.

The place I go...

For the sake go I 

I shall return in humble arms , Loving with peace and harmony will stake it's case 

Heavenly beauty has its place.

Yes I am pontificating what life has in store. 

I love my father, mother, brother, core friends and my god... Isn't that what our life sends.

I walk on this journey, taking it as serious as I am allowed.

I wish to lift this lurking cloud 

From the games the devil plays with my mind. The essence of forgiving's and humbleness 

Has its place in time. 

May the Lord rejoice 

And save us from unduly plight,

NHS is in a mess

Why...?? 

Actually what I am about to say makes me want to cry.

In the aim to care for a patient?

The focus of health 

Is not from checking a list... Too top heavy.. That's what we haven't missed.

I aim to be calm

I aim to do right.

Health prevention holds many answers

Yet the bureaucracy is runned by dancers.

Just gentle care for a vulnerable soul

It's all about business in the NHS 

Hence, we are all confronted with a test. X

Monday to Friday

Monday dreary, for those that see it that way,

And may Tuesday’s be cooler from the time which does not stray.

Wednesday is middle of the week, and it  feels more than Friday, than the start of the week,

Thursday is the time you feel at your peak and don’t feel too much of a geek.

Now Friday, the end of the working week for most but there is Saturday where we can look to prepare for a Sunday roast!

When you sit down on the seat and relax for Saturday and Sunday brace, there is always Monday to woefully face,

So the moral of the poem, be kind to your needs and let the days past for enjoyment and prevent anything to cease.

A new beginning

A new light

A new essence

A new fight.

The word ‘fight’s is not meant in an aggressive way

It’s expressed as a challenge

Which shows the essence at ‘true’ will

meaning everything, that is a great deal.

We work hard

We aim to succeed

We portray the true meaning

In all of us to lead…

When we aim to try

and that we all try to get by

That chapter we are waiting to turn

We look to aspire and use my passion to what is right

We all care
And all want to remain there
We aim, aspire and try to do what is right.
No need to ever fight..

And if you fight,

Do it for what is best
And with warmth and love
You shall arrive out the best.

Gentle words and humble feelings

The strength within and perspective shall conquer all.
I have faith and you must too
All you need now is to deal with the clues.

I say these words because I care

Talking about it is not always the solution
But the warmth of good wholesome words

A problem solver
A champion who cares
These are qualities we often find rare.

When a person is trying to find inner peace

And cannot find the path to remain calm
You are there to hand to relate to a persons’ ways
And get the best out of them at the end of the day.

These are not only good but great qualities to have

There are people who can make you feel alone,
You have the skill to reap that negative energy away
Showing us how to refrain those thoughts at bay.

We need people like you,
People who are calm and at peace,
People who do not escalate drama and need to be loud.
My friend I am proud to have met
And keep us focus from the words which I have said.

My London Town

My town, London Town 

A great city where many of us elope

I love London but sometimes it rushes the mind which can cause us sometimes to slope.

Rush, pace, excitement and all that jazz 

I suppose that's the zest for some people in this great Town, that's the concept which brings a beautiful frown!!!

It's a place like no other,

Sometimes I enjoy 

Sometimes I prefer to refrain. 

Yet ultimately it's my home

As this can cause all of us to joyously wane.

My London Town

The best place to be,

If it's difficult at first

Just open your heart and mind

Absorb the beauty there is to find

And embrace the glory from that moment in time x

I am worried and do care
