This moment in time.

​We often rush about
Our heads leap four steps ahead, 
When you need to rest, 
Then learn the art of doing less. 

We tend to rush, 
It’s speed, speed and more speed which we can’t manage, 
The problem with speed, it can lead towards chaos and damage. 

if you are reading these words, 
Then they are meant for you, 
Take your time, and when you need to go fast, then do it for that period of time, 
This life is a continuum, there is no destination and most of us are not in our prime.

We tend to rush, 
Because systems have gone faster and people interrupt each other,
I remember the days we listened what we had to say, this speed could bring people like me and others to shudder

Good Morning poem

​Good morning
How are you today?
Is it too early to say hello? 
Need more sleep?
I say ‘wake up!’ Start the day refreshed and don’t think too deep.

Going to a meeting?
One to solve a couple things?
We are all ‘work in progress’ 
as we only have ‘now’,
Take your time what you do and refuse to throw in the towel.

Good morning 
Wish the world the very best, 
You could be in London or outside the UK,
The most important outcome is that you are ultimately doing the things to make you feel okay. 

It’s great to reach out to you,
I don’t need A.I. to express these feelings that I hold inside, 
These words are a blessing to you, as the world out there is for you to seek far and wide.
