Focus on the Good

​Focus on Good
And not the bad 
Focus on the light 
And not always the fight. 

Yet, sometimes you need to fight
But in a way where God takes your lead, 
I am not throwing the “G’ down anyones throat, in the words of Othelllo ‘if I cut, don’t I bleed.’

Focus on you
Focus on recovery,
Focus on being balanced for this time,
Pray to God always, that’s where you can align.

Be kind to yourself 
Beating yourself up serves no cause, 
I know you may feel awful right now.. but for now… just simply pause.
