Lord I need to confess to say you are our king

You bring us solace for all the psalms we can are allowed to sing.

In treacherous times when speed isn’t always needed,

God has your heart, when Jesus on the cross was tortured and bleeded.

There is hope

As your son paved the way,

so that next time you want to SHOUT,

Just pray to discern as I know you have the Father’s formidable clout.

Blessings are from God

that we don’t always deserve,

Luck is a blind word that doesn’t include God’s word. 

A blessing is peace 

A piece of luck has no direction towards Faith,

Blessings are kinder

Luck is aimed to say you are undeserving 

Blessings are gift to say God is serving.

Blessings are a lift 

Luck is unbeknowning,

Blessings are humble and God’s gifts that he is showing.

Luck has  no formula and chaotic mess,

As long I keep using that ‘B’ word there is nothing God can do any less.

That’s my argument with God all the time

Yet I know he loves us all, to the point it’s purely sublime.

Yet it’s through his grace and mercy you are humbled within it.

The love you receive is second to none

You can’t have that (diabetes poem)

You can’t have that!

Often a word said to a type 1 diabetic,

Or as we prefer to say ‘a person with diabetes’..

So allow me to explain on how you can treat us.

Yes, there’s a calculation involved

There’s an equation that includes to eat that cheesecake or carby dish,

Not the ‘plastic doctors’ who think they know your condition more, therefore, ought to dismiss.

People think they are helping

But we own this condition, not you,

It’s grating on the ear, when others say: ‘you can’t have that…’

‘Well actually I can even eat that chocolate bowler hat’.

Stay at peace with your condition 

People might have questions or even ask: ‘how do you get that condition?’

Well my pancreas decided to die… as that is simply my position.

I take insulin to live.. I have no choice

If I remain humble, focused and learn the system I need

Then one day you may get the gist to how I can feed.

Why lord?

Why?

There is suffering from places we don’t understand,

All the truth will be said in the Omega 

And the alpha started us on a journey 

Where you in Christ begin to become worthy.

But where are you?

The answer to the question is in the book of Truth,

Read the passages of exodus and psalms 

Shall bring us hope for all of us to become calm.

The one thing you need to understand is that the Son of God died for us all the in form of man,

We pray for each other in glory to one perfect son who paid the ultimate price on the cross to where we can stand.

When all fails.. God is there

The world is stormy

Not at all stable,

People need to take account

There is a pattern emerging which has a tremendous amount. 

Some people you do connect with

And some you do not,

No one has the license to change who you are 

As long you are following the Father, you’ll reach far. 

The unsettled world will eventually have peace

People’s noise hits a level that challenges calm,

Remember the Father is with you always, patience is your weapon to avoid harm.

Calm is good 

Calm is loving

Calm is unsettling to those who crave noise,

Remain still, shoulders back and show plenty of poise.

You may wonder why?

The Father in heaven has an answer for us all,

You are Never alone 

Despite the feud you maybe faced,

You are the Father’s child after all, therefore I suggest you shall exercise some haste.

You are never alone 

despite people leaving you, when you expect them to always be around

God is your creator, for you in him he has found. 

Be at peace with all people

Despite the angst you may receive, 

Pray before you do anything, which is part of God’s mustard seed.

Be kind with all people 

If you disapprove, then leave it with God..

Don’t solve it through human trait alone

It’s the Father’s guidance, the place you shall see on the throne.

Stop centralising

Acknowledge we are made different and equally loved by God

His outcome to all questions are not at all odd.

So embrace and love

Pray and see,

Humble hearts are often the slower pace, so remain calm as we as ‘one’ are often free.

Accept the blessing of love

That comes in all colours we need to learn and enjoy,

Lord thank you for the eyes which I open today

Love is a weapon to calm

Love is a joyful feeling to delve into our charm,

Love is a openness to bring you conversation 

Love is an elevation of hope and refutes stagnation.

Calm is the place we all need to reach

Yes, work hard but learn there are moments out there you should never breach. 

Say a prayer each day for those you love and not so sure about, 

I stay with that word ‘hope’ that shall banish the angry of a shout. 

Love each other and learn to have the right team,

God is your motive, and is everything and more for what it seems.

This is a poignant moment when pen is mightier than the sword. 

The love of God is so powerful at a time you cannot resist

Do not exploit a giving heart

The strength can not always be there,

Then there are the struggles of being let down, when humans work on speed rather than reliable haste.

Life today

Life in general always faces a fight

But then you look to something that makes you laugh and keen to enlight.

Looking to the 80s or even times before 

The way things went back then, when things did not workout, 

Now we live in an impatient world when everyone acts like a child and won’t even go out.

Clothes are tighter now and leave little to the imagination,

When before, those garments were more private to parade and less irritation. 

Time you respected as now the phone does it all,

And monitoring our movements was less politically called. 

Looking at the past we can appreciate all things are now a little more quick,

Personally the impatient types need to learn to discern and need to depict.
