You don’t need to do this alone (A.A. Poem)

You don’t need to do this alone
You can kick, punch, scream but there’s a friend and a fellow who shall defuse your initial moan.

You are okay to be okay,
I know you will be alright,
You have admitted acceptance and ready for this never ending fight.

You are recovering
Your win shall follow onto the next,
You will overcome these struggles with fellows and meetings,
It all starts with a welcoming greeting.

So have a good day
This disease won’t go away,
But there is a defence
As this addiction almost destroyed us all, through the hell it sent.

We see a new life by helping fellows who get our point of view,

The aim is to stop and accept the programme to the depths of your soul
You’ll won’t regret.. you’ll continue to be humbled and learn to regrow.
