Kindness in a bottle

​One day you can turn your world upside down,
Or turn from down to the top
Learning is key and can never stop.

One day will make a difference 
One minute you are low 
The next you can be high
Learn to retreat and never say to ‘yourself’ a goodbye.

Love is king
Hope is following a higher power to love,
There is nothing in this world you should never shove.

Be calm with the spirit,
Look at the ways to progress your soul,
There is love always, just go to that place, where you shall perennially grow.
