Not knowing what’s around the corner

​We want to know
That’s the instinctive view,
Looking for answers when you need to start with a clue. 

We try to understand, that’s our natural way, 
Yet today, I leave it with my higher power, 
Otherwise these hairs on my chin will become that bit more grey. 

I suppose when I leave it with God I know it’s in good hands,
You don’t have to understand the process, but you won’t enter into a contraband. 

Learning the outcome 
There is a level of logic inside us all,
But today is all I have, and God is there always when I need him to call.
