How?

How do you keep upbeat when facing a challenge?

It’s more than just  “get on with it!”

Effort needs to be put in place

So I put on my trainers, leggings and warm gloves

Running and praying, I am simmering with love.

I listen to God 

He speaks to me when I pray,

I believe in him so much

I know there is no other place I want to remain in touch.

I see people droning, talking on the phone speaking for speaks sake

This motivation is for me 

It’s the essence I feel better within myself, 

That’s why I feel that little more free.

Start small and growth of exercise and prayer will flourish

It’s a challenge; but talking to the spirit when breathing and praying hits my veins.

Find a challenge you will embrace

Don’t think about it too long, as you won’t reach that place.

Facing times when lives have been lost,

Those people would want you to continue with this life hold,

Therefore motivating words are required at this moment in time 

Hence, prayer and exercise ticks my box, that’s what I find.

You are at rest my dear

No more pain

Yes we are here, leaking a tear from what we can contain.

You are at peace with Faith

I am sorry, as fate has hit our hearts 

Loving you is a continuation, that shall never part.

You are there 

God is holding you so close,

Praying for those left behind 

Through this battle we will seek great memories from the mind.

One thing for certain, Love is kind 

Love is hope

Missing your presence means so much 

Held in the Father’s arms, the perennial touch.

Differences

The world comprises of creatures great and small

Connecting towards a person in spirit which align 

God matching you together to refine.

Some people won’t get you

It’s as simple as that 

Yet God created us all different to learn the goodness we can release to reflect him, 

Humbleness in Faith is where we all belong

A story of inspiration which you can never prolong.

The beauty of the spirit falls in your wake

And no point refusing the Spirit in the sky,

Accepting we are all different and the traits we receive from God

His gifts are far more special than a gratuitous prod.  

The brokenness is putting me right

And if others don’t understand then I simply pray for their hearts to be with him

He accepts us all for all of our imperfections 

He is the humble giver who mends broken hearts 

You are never alone as a new beginning starts. 

 

To the one

I can only say sorry 

I said the hurtful words “you don’t know me”,

I want you my Divine

Pray to the Father, the one who has set us free.

Loving you is easy

Not being with you hurts,

Yet we love the Father so much

His love for us, made connect and touch.

Like I said before... I am sorry

I did say to you I am complicated, 

God made me to love your heart

We will be together in Christ, from there we shall never part.

I cannot wait to hold your hand 

I can wait to give you a kiss xxx

The way we once were

Remember the time

The boss made fun of me?

Calling me a slap head 

As I am about to go to pontificate and go to bed. 

I’ll return the compliment 

By disregarding what he requests, 🤣

Speaking about a large legal lady, Sally that was her name 

My response, “she would be the last person to help in a weight watchers class” where I prefer to avoid her, and carry out a fast.

Being around people who love the sound of their own voices,

I just stared in silence, hearing nothing but noises. 

One day we will return the way it use to be 

An extrovert, 

A boss loving the sound of their voice, I say with trembling humour

As long we inject that vaccine and get back to the way we were

Then I can start making fun of others, instead of calling them madam and sir... 😜🙏🏽

Overthinking

Never understood the process of over thinking 

Isn’t it making a decision, without deceiving.

The thought of deep thinking 

Just to get a situation right

Ocums razor

The obvious answer is often deemed right.

Looking at this 

And looking at that 

Never leading onto a solution

Prolonging the argument 

And then saying “that’s the problem” which causes a delusion.

Sorry, to those who believe this way

Yes, I am possibly self opinionated 

pontificating, or stretching the conversation out I no longer want to stay..

Sight and fight

You never give up

That’s the path we all need to take

Leads to no more self righteous thinking 

From this you shall no longer on the verge of tinkering.

Cold, dour... arrrgh....you don’t need that in your life?

You have talent and skill

You will exude your greatness 

From that you should provide a thrill.

Time strolls by and obviously you shall have pondering thoughts,

Yet there is Father in heaven who loves your heart,

From his openness you shall receive a brand new start.

The start... the end 

Nothing else you need to depend,

You are that deserving, you must believe 

From the challenges we face, you shall humbly receive.
