​Write with freedom
Write what’s on you mind, 
Are you going to be rude? are you going to be kind?

The point is, this is therapy for you and I
I have had many laughs, and sometimes I want to go all out to yell and cry!

Write with love
Write with hope that you possess inside, 
Write even to offend, the release can deflect a demise. 

Write with hope in your heart
Write by calling that person a t@at, 
Be kind to yourself ultimately by writing, that is the journey I am looking at.

Nobody knows

​If there’s a certainty, there is a higher power looking over us
Not many things make sense these days, so what do in order to trust?

What do we know?
Especially those who talk for talk sake,
They are wasting oxygen when a prayer can open your heart after you spiritually break. 

What do we do when we don’t know?
Break down the question which removes you from the comfort zone, 
Leave it in God’s hands from the standpoint you shan’t feel alone. 

When I stop writing poetry 
There will be others you can follow to seek inspiration, 
As long I touch your heart for one minute, remember this comes from God’s elevation.

Speaking out loud

​To be honest life needs to go on
We all suffer setbacks, but love is where we seek to start becoming strong. 

To be honest love is the strength
Crying is the release to start getting better, 
We wonder how we got this designation, did we journal? or follow a letter?

Love is the kindness 
Love is what we need to unlock when facing trials and tribulations
We are better than we think, when we possess less hesitation.

We seek the light when we sit in the dark, 
We look towards our next move, through the pattern we embark.

Time we do not own but we can use it the best way we can
Remember you are never alone, so hold on my dear friend we can always refute a contraband.

There were moments

​There were moments I just wanted to give in
I wanted to side with the devil, but what would that achieve? A fickle win?

There were moments I wanted to say goodbye, 
Feeling I was getting old and no one cared as I wanted to cry, 
But you can’t give in, because you are here until the Lord says,
Then this is the moment to celebrate, whatever you achieved yesteryear or even today.

You focus on you
And your time with the Father that’s constantly around, 
You have gifts, so don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t achieve, as this talent is profound. 

You may look tired within 
Wanting to reflect the time you have been here to keep going,
Pray to the father in heaven, that’s the place you need to keeping showing. 

This day belongs to you my humble friend,
Just say a prayer before you do anything, as our hearts through the Father we shall always ascend.

At that time in life

​At that time where you can look back
Fondly and assuringly, with kindness and love,
If you haven’t had that life, then what I have said please what I said above. 

I made mistakes, haven’t we all?
Time was never yours to own from the start,
It’s my time in prayer which holds me to excel and graciously depart.

We all have a history
We speak the words like it was the end of the world,
But God kept you here, as we lift from the moments we all once felled. 

Speak with love and aim for hope, 
For some this is all they have, don’t keep them dangling on a rope. 

Today belongs to you
Your day for all that it is worth, 
Say a prayer or do some exercises lose the pain, which we know as healing from the hurt.

It’s your time

​it’s your time to shine
Stay positive, remain in the moment to refine.

You have the skills to grow,
There is so much out there to show,
Learn and live
It’s your time with God from where we shall give.

So enjoy this day
Take what you can get;
Pray first before you do anything else,
It’s your time with God is what matters, think about it! this is your spiritual wealth.

So embrace these words 
Despite how few they are, 
Remember you were created by an almighty Father in heaven, and well done for coming this far.

Time to heal

​There’s a time for chaos
But it all ends up in healing, 
The euphoria can only deliver so much feeling. 

You reach a point you can’t return back from,
As you want your old self back and recapture the norm. 

Fight, cry and punch the walls 
But remember, there are consequences to all actions, and how often have each of us fall?

I am here to say “hi”
I am not going far, so here is my hand
You are stronger than you think.. the first step is the place you do require to stand.
