All things considered...

Look at mental health?

Look at all lives matter?

Look at hope and pastoral health?

Look at finance through growing wealth? 

Focus love on others

Giving is worth more than receiving,

As hope in our Faith is aligned with believing.

Mental distortion does exist...

Especially trying times can  cause psychological  damage to the soul,

And people critiquing, does that really help?

I think not, an Angel will look over to try to protect

Be kind to those, presenting spiritual effect.

All Lives matter, and need to regarded 

Segregation appears apparent during times when others don’t believe what others values or believe,

People are more argumentative now as western culture is craving to receive.

Find happiness with God

Support those who need help,

Living in a complex world where others face blame?

And now we have the generation in front, 

show them the encouragement to embrace, 

it’s that simple, where there’s a Kingdom in heaven, .....there is a place.

All It takes is a little encouragement

Praying to God lifts us up high

Don’t judge what you haven’t done,

There is reason to love the higher power.

There is a reason to bring yourself to his might

There is harmony at the end of any fight.

I encourage you brother and sister 

You are so much loved by him,

Pray with all the brokenness which you fill

Because the Father will remove it, yes.. !!!!distill.

Don’t worry if hate is directed your way

You can only love and pray for them,

Keeping the devil always at bay.

Encouragement enlightens the soul

You are encouraged by us every step of the way,

Never hate, love the goodness you bring

There are many psalms from where the bible is able to sing.

You are beautiful 

You are light 

You are brilliant and perfect with his knowing

Look at the Devil now, it’s you (yes you?) that will be glowing.

“God encourages, and brothers and sisters should do the same. Bless each and everyone of you xxx”

A Charming Prince

We will miss you

A Prince loved by all around the world;

A calming gent for his delightful Queen 

A legacy forever remembered, and so pristine.

An eloquent gentleman

A man who said “it as it is”,

His time on this earth shall be remembered to the fullest

His presence and adulation beautifully truest. 

God loves his children 

And he was a gentleman who truly stood out;

His aspiration and urge to do better for this earth

a welcome celebration from the time he was first given birth.

Thank you God for creating such a fine and wonderful man

His love, charity, humility and integrity filled,

Thank you Prince Phillip your heart has truly touched ours

Our Prince is going to heaven to rest in gentle peace

His strides for making this world a better place is a testimony, in the least.

Spend one day as a type 1 with Diabetes

I know we all have health problems 

Yes, type 1 diabetes could be no different,

Yet today I’ll tell you a story about my enzyme deficiency journey 

It’s pretty hard to explain, but hear me out, it’s pretty worthy...

Analysing every thing that you do

Then there is the eating part,

From that, you need to workout without guessing or ‘hit or miss’ clues.

One day at a time

That’s the only way this can be managed,

You are looking after your nerve-endings in the body, preventing further damage.

I have learnt so much about this auto-immune challenge

My personality likes to learn what’s happening inside my body,

Hope and prayers will one day take this condition away

But for now I embrace a difficult situation; which for now is here to stay.

A chat with God... 🙏🏽

You say you are weak,

Gods says you are strong,

You say leave me alone,

God says I love you, how can that be wrong.

You say why me?

God says I chose you,

You say why waste your time on me?

God says come to me, and you’ll be set free?

You say, go away

God says my door is open all of the time,

You say I am not coming your way

God says I am always here, opening up to me and you want to stay.

You say I’ve messed up 

God says repent, my arms are wide open,

You say, I mess up time and time again...

God says, you are my child please  come over here..

More importantly I am always there for you, nothing else to fear.

“God loves you, he is there 24/7 365 times a year... and some xx”

Defeating bitterness

A place none of us belong 

A humble journey is where we need to be,

Refute the devil 

And start to forgive yourself inside of thee.

None of us are perfect 

none of us always get it right,

Yet we are in that situation where we hate the past

And bring that to our future,

Yes, damage has been done 

Yet none of this anger could be regarded as fun.

Pray for forgiveness

Apologise for the anger relayed .

Are we not meant to be grown up and moving forward?

Bitterness, resentment are not meant to being untoward.

If like me, I wept and said sorry

And the reciprocal did the same,

Please find forgiveness and hope with God

There is peace, hope and light shining inside of you

God loves you so much, leave it with him, 

there’s no need for an earthly clue.

“Be kind to yourself. Tyranny of evil is always lurking in the midst. Strive to be happy. “

Health Outcomes

Some of us take it for granted 

Some of us burn the candle at both ends,

There is a fine line between pleasure and pain

It’s the youth of the mind that we find hard to contain.

Wisdom of your soul

Brings out your best,

Focus on the balance of your health,

Common sense should be applied and used...

But then again, a hard days work can lead to pain and bruise.

One day at a time 

Don’t run before you can walk,

Patience is key when it comes to you,

I’ve heard “I can’t help it, that’s the way I am made”

Yet it’s the impulsiveness which leads to mistakes which are hard to fade.

Speaking from experience, I live with Diabetes day to day

I thought I could carry on without thinking of my pancreatic needs,

This is a poem about you and your health, the only one you will ever have 

Remember to be kind to your body, heart and soul

Where there is a solace, health can align and show.
