Political correctness… What’s that🤣?

Every generation faces its chaos

And today everyone is far too serious,

you can’t say anything without it being politically challenged,

So I refuse to speak to those people, who are not worth talking too through the cause of their damming.

There are too many serious people in the world

They can f&sk off, they do my head in

I love going to the gym and life heavy weights to build the arms

I rather turn the other cheek, but sometimes I want to do them some harm.

I am pleased God is in my corner, especially when people are far too serious

They take themselves too seriously, so I rather pray for them from afar

I am now in my room, writing these words rather than getting a drink at a bar.

Hold my hand

Even though I am not with you, these words may give you sight

I pray to God and give him thanks, that’s my political correctness, as I rather be with light minded people, who do not bite.

Humble hearts

How do you stay humble?

A flash car?

a beautiful new house?

I rather remain in peace and have that bit of nouse.

By all means have these things

but they don’t bring you closer to God,

your dreams have been achieved through God’s timing,

just like these words, they are simply affirmed by astute rhyming.

You are here today

and you can’t take anything with you to the kingdom when you surrender,

so soften your hearts and remain humble and tender.

Show love

Love is the strength of humility you shall possess,

letting go of past burdens is humbling, these attribute that pull you through any tests.

Tomorrow may or may not come

We are all searching for answers

questions are often posed,

you live for today and through Christ you have rose.

Life is to live today

worry, then nothing is achieved

through the higher power you often believe.

You don’t need to fight

remain still, say nothing and where ego has no place

Prayers shall always be said

remember to say them at the start of the day and before you go to bed.

Listen to a reminiscing tune

I just listened to ‘Doctor, doctor’ from the Thompson Twins,

As today has been a blessing and love for tomorrow shall also win.

Who are you?

When it’s asked: “who are you?”

a deep provoking question, which few can answer

but the spiritual outcome is a beautiful enhancer.

You are you, after all

great despite the chaos entered within,

this is a spiritual world after all, as ultimately it’s God’s Love that’s win.

You can ask all the questions

If you get a reply, that’s up to me,

I rather be with God… and simply be.

No more arguments

No more anger or debate,

prayerfully you stay humble, love and never hate.

This time around

Be encouraged

and be told,

save your own life, God shall always unfold.

Come to a fellowship

hug a friend or someone new,

look to your inner resources, you shall eventually pursue.

Be kind to your soul

No point holding back to this new life,

You have met people in the same situation, now you shall reach the next level of new heights.

You shan’t be alone… never,

You don’t need to be smart or look to come across as clever,

this past which haunts is the devils work to place with our mind,

now this is the next chapter, now start the process to feel kind.

Please don’t go back

You simply never know

you have dreams and aspirations and then grow,

but then life takes over, the drink, the tablet and the powder is presented

it would so simple of those things could be resented.

it easy to be kind to ourselves

that’s why we don’t do it,

I am now recovering from the devil’s curse

I am getting to a headspace to no longer make it worse.

I now look to you

and perhaps you can look to me,

our paths may or may not have crossed?

we are no longer facing that horrid form of dross.

On the wall

The road never ends

It’s a journey, not a destination

looking at yourself can come with sort of hesitation.

Be kind to you

be kind to God and others,

the aim to keeping learning, is a brace for discerning.

It’s about coming out the other end

Remembering that you are a child of God,

Young through eternal life,

leaning to overcome addictions shall naturally have its chaos and strife.

Remember to pray

Stay still and learn from goodness you shall receive,

the world is a difficult enough place to fathom, hence this treacherous mess,

the most important thing you shall learn, where you are higher than the stars in the sky, no more, and no less.
