I thought I broke him

Anguished

Hurt

And confused

I am a man of strength, yet my Dad went in there to stop me becoming defused.

I was struggling 

Depression kicked in….again,

My Dad, a frail man, a weaker person for what he once was

But he held me in my minute of need 

I could have crushed him, I needed a giant to intervene.

I love him, my Dad, the old git

He said: “It’s all right, come here”

I was so scared, not because of his hug? 

but my strength is incredulous, but  also superfluous. 

I need you God

I truly do, please look after my Dad, apart from my brothers, he too is the man I love

No beast in-front of me could ever manage my shove.

Traits for different seasons

You think you can help?

Perhaps you can by possessing a listening ear,

Then you look at the circumstance and that can lead to fear.

Remember, gives you common gifts for a purpose

Pray and use them to the Father’s highest command,

There is a direction in the spirit, he will take you there 

Their will be tears flowing, the Father’s son was broken and then  through the spirit awoken.

There are good days you can grab

There are weaker days you rather nab,

Remember, there are moments which you can arise 

I go to the gym each day, that’s my dedication, which once I did surmise.

Remember, we are human

We have flaws, perfection,  cuts, bruises, rude words which lead you to be fickle

Just start your day with a prayer, you will feel much stronger and not brittle.

Friendship

As you get older 

You presume you understand yourself better

Yet others fall in your way

They are pleasant enough, then you hear a story from their part, which in your heart… stays.

We are all created by the highest of high

You bring us together, along with our stories to tell

Some are quite frantic frankly 

And  an lead you to be slightly cranky.

You may see a story of circumstances

Others hastening judge,

They do not know your story, yet their opinions are blinded and a bit fudge.

Others like an argument 

Sod that, I don’t need that too.

As long I have a moment to pray then the direction for spiritual happiness pursuits.

Different but prayers are not that far….

You can be different 

Yet prayers shall always be there,

We are created with various traits

I need the Father to pray for healthy debates.

You need to question

You need to stay strong,

You need the debate to be healthy

Not in the lines of corruption to lead into becoming wealthy.

We need balance

We need a debate to hold true,

Politics against each other is unhealthy

Yet discussion with a open spirit is stealthy.

Learning from each other, that’s helpful 

Discussion to find a answer runs true

As long there is God inside your heart, then you can pray

Even if you didn’t believe, try praying, it’s amazing what the spirit has the say.

The journey it takes

Spiritual 

Satirical 

The righteous path is the first word said

The others need to stay away, actually they need to go to bed.

And when I say bed

What does that mean?

Devil worshipping has no place here

Others fear God, that I commandeer.

I rather devil went away

We are living in times where adults do not grow up,

Lying to themselves for a minor political gain

Look at us now, this angst shan’t sustain.

Perhaps we implode?

Others don’t put their neck on the line,

Those say they “don’t know” can’t see the good from the bad

Personally speaking “take me home father”, these lot are blind folded.. and unite frankly sad.

The brain went “pop”

I was talking 

The other person didn’t listen,

In a work capacity and feeling undervalued and hurt

I then exploded… then the head burnt.

Please God..save me?

I am now on meds, I want to stop,

Take me away from that monster

The controlling one, the one who tried to turn my words around 

They hurt me so, there views turn into a blow.

They said: “if in a meeting, it would be my word against yours”

I am sure they would deny that, this is becoming like a chore.

They said: “whatever I do, it’s a ‘no’” or has a negative effect…

I go into the office to move my spirit and soul,

They hurt me with fibs and a lack of truth

They said if they said “white” I would say “black”…

What got me in this position, a number of negatives, which was bullying, cowardish and ultimately slack.

I love you every day (prayer to the Father)

Who else can I love more than you?

A packet of sweets which make me became fat,

Or a gym membership, where prayers could be where it’s at.

Perhaps I love money more than you?

Not even possible, you are my provider, not always that monetised gain

Blinded by the truth, that’s where I use my heart and brain.

Perhaps a lottery win

That will buy me happiness, that’s what I crave?

Then again a prayer to my brother and sister, the ones which are far and few enclave.

Remember… love is God

And god is love,

If other things make you happy, then aspire it’s gain

Yet, the spirit inside needs to remove a stain.
