Just pray

Confess with your mouth, heart and soul,

Try it! 

What do you have to lose?

The presence of the lord releases a uplifting mood.

No bitterness 

Just a simple uncomplicated prayer,

The father is with you 

These are simple action I wish to share.

You can dislike a family member or colleague, 

A prayer is a wholesome peace and your time with god,

No animosity or angst, sheer love from which you pray

Goodness with the father, that’s where I wish to stay.

What does it achieve when anger arrives?

No relevance to help you through 

The action of loving the father is the hope within you xx

You live with it...

Managing a condition like type 1

A true analogy, 

Yes it’s not always fun.

Testing blood readings, 

Working out the maths,

Then you have people saying “it’s easy”

Then you experience a hypo, it’s more than feeling a little bit wheezy.

Then there’s your daily activities 

Managing energies and avoid too many sugars to burn,

Insulin’s job is to maintain the bloods around 

Enzymes working to release the energy flow

Forever moving forward and making your presence show.

One day at a time 

That’s all you can ask,

Yes this is an enzyme deficiency to control

It’s your life, but take control when the facing ups and downs,

You own it and it doesn’t own you 

Sussing this condition out is more than figuring out a clue.

Angel at rest

1994. The 2nd December to be exact 

Our angel taken but now rested 

Humble in our heart.. as I hit my fist on my chested.

Gods priceless angel,

Never a hurtful word said

Calm in nature and in spirit,

Gods child and a great grandmother we truly loved 

Heaven sent an angel, a glorious dove.  

She brought those around her hope

Her calmness a gift from god, 

Loved by those she knew 

Her presence was relaxed and anew.

We will meet again

That’s for sure,

God bless my yiayia 

Her beauty brought across the shores.

*yiayia is Greek for grandmother, or nan. Still miss you yiayia Florenza 

Tested by Trust

I write this from the bottom of my heart,

In the test of time people have tested each other’s trust,

Yet a prayer through the father is a must.

The hurt and anger from the past has damaged your soul,

Therefore resentment builds 

Yet gods wants is for you to forgive 

Inside of him is where we should all live.

His desire???

His humble mercy and never ending grace, 

Leads you to humility where you need to let go

Parents letting their children down 

Gods love for each and everyone of us is a chance for us to bow.

Surrender!!

His calling is the the way moving forward 

My mental health repaired through allowing him in

Spiritual attachment, humbled within. 

His aim and glory (for us ❤️)

Everyday I don’t see you

Is everyday I want to hold you,

I am not a party type of guy

Gods holds the peace from where the world is

So please don’t cry...

You are a beautiful woman of the lord,

Your presence Jenny is clear and profound,

Despite our clashes you are my wonderful sound.

God holds you

God wants you to thrive 

God will have your back

There isn’t a battle he won’t allow you to lack.

I love you

But that’s part of the equation we know,

His almighty power is loving and kind,

He loves us together 

That’s where he shall find x x x

Staying positive

You face negative words..

Sometimes understood as banter,

Often these are words of penetration 

Look towards faith in total supplication.

Learn to move on

Yet it’s faith in your heart you need to capture,

Thriving and becoming bold

Story to your life shall turn a page to unfold.

Learning to move forward 

Is never an easy thing to do,

I stop and pray when I anger 

I rather do that, instead of throwing a clanger.

Put your hands together 

There’s lot to say for a prayer,

As long we start moving forward 

Hope comes from the higher power.... to share.

Test

We all come through tests 

We don’t give ourselves credit from the difficulty we get out,

Not sure when the next money will come in

What have I done wrong? I’ve not even sinned!

We find a way despite the jolts 

Lies surround from conversations you do not want to be part.

the desires is to keep fighting 

That’s passion from a spiritual heart and constant sighting.

Never lose your desire 

Never give in, even when you feel you want to,

God holds you together with passion and joy 

Never feel angst, thus isn’t a decoy.

I tried to end it all once before

Saying “goodbye world, I don’t want to comeback”

Keep pushing, adapting to hope, grace and love

Never lose sight of you, that negativity can be shoved.
