fighting addiction is one of the hardest thing to overcome 

Remember you have a higher power in you, the three in one. 

I was truly lost

It came with a cost, 

the eyes were weary, drugs and drink sank in

what on earth was I thinking of, a chance to win?

I am not here to lose but to overcome

I live in the presence of God, the prayer, the tears and the hope to have different sorts of fun.

You may want a ice cream

not that toxic drink lingering in the fridge,

the light headed moments to forget all your woes, 

You are looking towards a new you, as you have done well to fend off your foes.

You have got this far to go further, so meditate or say a humble prayer

the fact is, so when all is said and done, our hands are holding onto you, so do not fear.

Start of a new month

Start the day with a prayer

a calming influence which you shall be humble to declare.

Enjoy this month

enjoy this time with God,

staying on your own is a kind thing but socialising also needs to be factored in,

the both of them combined is a certain win.

Do what’s right for you

leave the guidance and faith in God’s hands,

today, this month is brand new,

so reflect and start what you have already knew.

Balance and focus

do something everyday that scares you,

not in a ‘ahh’ way,

a moment which symbolise you, and keeps negative thoughts away.

Be the best version of you

whatever that maybe,

be at peace with God and yourself, as the honesty within you shall set you free.

God bless you my blessedth friend

Love is love and with that I choose to defend.

So I have yelped to God

constantly asked for his love,

the guarantee the door is already opened for you, and the love given shall never be shoved.

There is a blessing

a blessing coming your way,

walk in God’s love

And speak kindly on the road that you walk, open your eyes to the universe and stars,

the road you lead towards, is right inside your heart.

People come into your life

and it’s inevitable people leave the road which you are on

If you leave a path, just remember, be nice to you…and that you haven’t done wrong.

Guidance and patience

We want to instil patience

but guidance comes with that too,

pray to God for hope, which doesn’t lead to procrastination towards to stew.

Guide your heart

Learn to discern,

the essence of patience is to find the traits from Jesus to learn.

Be kind to you and others, especially where patience is key,

Praying to God gives everyone, and shall always set you free.

It’s a guide, and it requires patience to sustain and hold back,

remember, when there is a calling, look to God first and try not to retract.

Why do we fall?

Why do we fall?

so we can pick ourselves up.

make the same mistake again and again

learning to move forward, but then again defend. 

Why do we fall down?

because we don’t need others to say: ‘pick yourself up!’

it’s in your heart when you rise, and never return to that place

it’s the hardest lesson learnt, and the hardest one to embrace.

Why do we fall down?

Even though the answer is right there, 

we want to go to the other side of the pendulum to see the dark

I suppose prayer is the prayer I now wish to embark. 

Why’ do we fall down?

Others try to guide us when we are feeling down, 

I had my Dad once with me when I fell flat on my face

I pray to God now, that’s a safer and settled space.

So I f&cked up

Mistakes happen

that’s part of life, 

some you get too far into, you possibly gave someone else rife. 

Does that mean you are a bad person?

I think you did something out of character, away from your body and soul

You obviously didn’t listen to God or the universe (or both), even the words from the bible that says: ‘3 in 1”

Now you are on the right track, so focus and discover this balance from the past life that’s now numb.

People will remind you that you f&cked up

f&ck them, they don’t walk in your shoes

Life doesn’t always have a manual nor does it have obvious clues.

it’s obviously hard out there

It’s bloody hard in fact,

the number of times elders have told me ‘you keep making the same mistakes’

I f*ck them off too, this is my journey now with God from past moments, which are now over and no longer ache.

Today life throws many balls

many are questioned, and often stalled,

you need peace of mind

not ‘blah, blah and blah’

move towards you inner peace, through a place humble and far.

love God with all your heart, and remember to rejoice and also sing.

We are routing for you, yes you

Never lose your turn,

life is about taking chances, even though I am also scared,

These are words that are pungent, and which I declared.

Time is a blessing, as you have so much time on this earth to receive losses and victories to balance the soul

I am humbled by a higher power

A journey both scary and which also empowers.

Remember every second, of every minute and every hour God loves you

and also remember, the people you leave behind are not that far away,

Humble your body through your spirit, through times which are affirmed and never decay.
