So through prayer and belief in God you can receive. 

Stay strong

Stay prayerful

Stay humble and honest 

As well as attained and modest. 

Look to the heights one day you shall get

Everyone in life gets tired and starts the process to reset. 

We are human after all, trying is what we are designed to do

Receiving so many knock backs we naturally find hard to accept

But as long as you try, then that’s worth it.

People shall remind you where you’ve gone wrong

Simply ignore them, there hymn isn’t your song.

You rebuild after not so long being top of the tree

Muscles broken down

Now starting to rebuild

Through prayer and hard work you shall soon be healed.

We start again

Remember, you are in control

You are learning all over again so you’ll be able to grow.

Pray to God

The light at the end of the tunnel,

There is always hope just get into an encouraging huddle.

Give me a reason

Looking for a way out

Tough love is worth giving it a shout,

Love reigns, but the fight is within

We can’t lose out, as the end result is a win.

How did I get here,

To fight through this fear, 

I was baby in someone’s arms once, a fearful child with tears.

But you venture through life?

Fall and rise again?

Made many mistakes and surround yourself through controlling guidance 

There’s hope there, you need to find your defiance.

You may find it in the gym

Or crafting a picture, which you can relate,

You may look at current affairs and deliver on a debate.

You can sit and journal

Writing the things important for you,

This is a broken world after all, which we already knew.

We aren’t use to hearing fantastic words about us

It’s God we look up to, so he is the one that we trust. 

You are brilliant 

Perfectly resilient,

Humble and down to earth

From the moment your Mother, through the Father gave you worth.

You are charming and enlightening 

You have the spirit inside of you, isn’t that inviting?

You may be getting older, but you are young in spirit

You appreciate you life when the Father in heaven is within it. 

Be your best you

Don’t let anyone put you down, 

Despite your best efforts where you have failed

The Father loves you, that’s the humility you have found.

Me: “Hey you, how are you today?”

Me: “I am okay, that tosser will be calling me, so soon my ears shall fray.”

Me: “Why do you do this?”

Me: “Because I care”

Me: “leave them alone, they will be able to relax”

Me: “Not as serious than the bill I received through that amount of tax”

Me: “I am okay, working it through”

Me: “The drainers need to focus elsewhere and sort out their shit to remove from their shoe”

Me: “I am okay, nothing to worry about.. yet”

Me: “Going to the gym, I’ll strain my muscles for an hour.”

Me: “Praying to God while I do and endure the pain, 

and no point holding back… so show how brilliant you are… so continue to contain..”

Pray for clarity

Pray for clarity

Pray for light

Pray for humility

Pray for us to unit

Pray for wisdom

Pray to avoid political rife,

Pray to humble your spirit, and there is justice in sight.

Pray that men and women get along

None of this toxic language, let us join and belong.

No divide and rule 

That vision shouldn’t be there, 

Anti this and that, those words shouldn’t be going anywhere.

The fact is, there is is divide 

Why because anger takes over,

I am a child of God first and foremost

I know the world is complex, but each step I try to coast.

Love one another like just like how the Father loves us all,

There will be times we will rise and again fall.

God is almighty  and is great

We should believe he is our fate,

But tomorrow is a new day

Rain, snow or shine

The spirit is everyone’s father, the ultimate divine.
