Simple Simon says…. Go away

If others say “that’s a fact”

Then does that mean you need to say a pact?

Perhaps the words mean to confuse

Or if they do? Then perhaps to bemuse,

You need to be light in the mind 

Yet praying is the answer, God shall guide you to find.

So when ‘Simple Simon’ says…. What do you do?

Then your guardians may put you on your way, so do you stay?

There is a path we all need to reach

Here is the Father, allow him to teach.

Be kind to you

Simple Simon is really in you,

Reactions could make you panic

Yet the outcome may need you to say damn it.

If others say…

So what, for what others say

God has the final answer, to me, that’s the only way.

“Look at you?

Where are you now…?”

Judgement is fickle, to me a deafening sound is brittle.

Others surmise, or think stand in your steps,

Let them speak in peace, their chaos is not yours to own,

You have God inside of you when you pray, these are the words i have shown.

Keep trying 

Keep moving,

Most importantly.. keep living, go to the gym, release that sweat

No matter how hard, and unappealing that is, your mind needs to RESET.

Remember these words….

There is hope 

And  there is Faith

Their is a heaven, and a earth

There was a child who took on our worth.

Remember these words,

They are to encourage, not critique

Mind you, the latter could be used, as long it’s to help you seek.

Seek God first 

Seek the hope you do have inside,

Do not blame yourself always, there are moments you will be forced to surmise.

Remember this,

Simple and encouraging you may, or may nor deserve 

There is a Father right inside you, moulding you, that’s right…serve.

Leaded head

Tired

Perplexed

Wondering what’s going wrong?

Burnt out for sure

I don’t feel demure.

On the outside I look fine

So would you, if you went to the gym,

My brain is foggy

And I can include that with a little bit cloggy.

I am tired

I am frustrated,

God I am crying for help

Someone stand up please, this includes a louder yelp,

Trying to sleep

A simply thing you would have thought when tired,

I need your head space, especially when I feel I have entered the mire.

“Mental health.. it’s more than in a person’s head”

God? you are there…

There’s no denying,

I am a little somber, and my eyes are no more crying.

How much can you repeat the same thing?

How different are you from your friends?

Looking for connections, the ones that we comprehend.

One day at a time

Recovery needs a various,

Activity, calm and peace.

Will anyone step up! Perhaps my lunch is ready for the inner beast.

We are all different 

Yet, some of us can’t decipher that trait?

I suppose God asked us to learn from one another other, as long as we continue to love… rather than hate.

Muddles

Haven’t we been through it all?

God prevails, you shan’t fall..

Love is key 

Hatred unfair

Wisdom upon you, this you shan’t dare.

Head space required 

Others needy

Nothing wrong with that 

Judgement tends to be greedy.

Speaking ill of others 

A place I shan’t return,

Negative verbs of others 

The Father you shall discern.

An empire is built

You shall never tilt,

God is there achieving 

Now it’s your job to start believing.

Fortitude

A word we need to be more familiar

Rather than other negativity that isn’t at all similar.

We are creations from God

Strong at will and embraced with love,

Blinded to the devil whose hope we can easily shove.

God’s hope is kind

God’s hope is real,

He is the loving father, as your fortitude can become keel.

My hand is strong

My desire is loving,

My love of the Father is endless 

And my strength is evidently there

If it’s a new year we are looking to  celebrate 

Ensuring this is the word that you share.
