​The journey never stops
So Workout hard, 
Give it your all
Move the blood, and don’t mind if you fall.

You are trying
And that’s what counts,
This life was never going to be easy
Yet you come with an assumption, you’ll do all things freely.

And if you start the day with a question, bring it to God
Place it in his timing
This world that we live in makes no sense with all the conflicts that are surmising.

Today is a challenge
But it’s you in whom you need to focus on,
Don’t compare yourself with others, that’s not your business to find.
Concentrate on your recovery, others shall make it eventually, in their own time.
