A prayer awaits

​It takes a second to launch yourself into a prayer,
The words there is hope despite the pain you have bared. 

It’s only takes a moment to think of others, and not just you, 
You are still important to God but others pain we cannot always assume. 

I don’t know your pain, nor do you know mine,
But with a prayer that’s pending, the healing shall unwind.

I know today is simply what it is.. today!
Expectations are a prayer away, 
As long as the request is for God, there is always a hope when we pray.
