Would you marry me?

You know poetry is my love language, 
So would you marry me? 
I say that with love and inspired hope,
It won’t be perfect, but it is God we answer to, as this life together awaits as I pray you don’t say “no”.

Will you marry me?
And make me the happiness person in the world, 
This isn’t difficult, just emotional, like a mind swishing twirl.

Would you marry me?
I promise to do my best,
We were connected through Christ, and through that we are both blessed.

We know each others pasts
That hasn’t put us off, yet!
I pray we can move forward together, as life in heaven is the only assured bet. 

There are so many words I can say right now, but asking you to marry me arrives in front,
I’ll do my best for us and I promise I’ll try to open up and speak,
But we need to have the Father on the forefront, as love and prayers shall bring us to our peak.

Sunday.. a prayer to start

It’s Sunday 
A day of joy,
Say a prayer to start the day
And all things I pray to arrive your way.

If may be difficult to get out of bed
‘Carp dieme’, words I say along with a prayer I rather say instead. 

It’s life after all, 
And your body is an engine waiting to start,
As you get older its desire through a prayer which shows tremendous heart. 

I can’t tell you what to do 
But I shall say a little prayer in your direction, 
I won’t enforce but I shall love you with hope and praise 
and that today is a great day, and each moment is a great phase.

In the present

You are only in the present 
What else do you have?
Trying to plan in front and do what needs to be done,
Sure, that’s being organised,
But there’s always an unexpected surprise or perhaps fun.

Some choices work out
And do not go according to plan, 
Their are those who do not take the risk,
And there’s other chances which shouldn’t have missed.

You only have the now so be true to thyself,
We can be born in comfort and receive a tremendous amount of wealth.

But you can get carried away with your thoughts, that is what people can do, 
Life on life’s terms, sometimes the obvious solution is one we ought to pursue.

Avoid the pessimism

Avoid the negatives 
And concentrate on the positives that can relay,
Where there is something bad that takes place, there is also something good that stays.

Avoid the ‘all seriousness’ types
As I too don’t live in a utopian world, 
I am here for the present,
I am not here to live in resentment. 

Live your life 
I have said this countless times to myself and others in the past,
One thing for absolute certain, not all things last. 

Keep those with negative thoughts away,
They aren’t bad people, they just compare themselves to others, and inside themselves they get out of the way. 

It’s today we have
Enjoy it, do something pleasant and nice, 
Not this pessimistic attitude.. that never entices.

Time of the essence….

There is a time to keep your peace
There is a time to learn how to release, 
There is a time to evaluate and discern, 
There is a time to stay humble and remember what through your faith you are allowed to learn.

There is a time to call it ‘quits’
There is a time to form humble duty, and not fall in bits, 
There is a time to keep growing everyday,
And there is a time to feel strong and don’t allow the battle to get in your way.

There is a time when humbleness grows, 
The fight for fight sake does not live in a puddle, 
There is always questions, just don’t allow yourself to get into a muddle. 

Remember you are here, just like a battery waiting to expire, 
Even what you do now doesn’t need to be admired. 

You are a child of the earth and child of the king
And remember, today is all you have.. so live in the present for what joy you are able to bring.

You are beautifully made
Carefully planned and crafted in the image God wanted you to look, 
Love is in the heart and possesses a beauty like a leather bind book.

You are beautiful
And you are kind
And if you say you are not; then step up and pray to your higher power.. that is the positivity you shall find. 

You are gifted
Gifted through the love God provides,
If you say you wished you had high cheek bones, too big or too slim!
In God’s eyes he will guide hope inside you…and that doesn’t come from a whim. 

You are great 
And do not compare yourself with others, 
Accept yourself through the hope of Love, 
Acceptance is key through the Father who way up above.

A blessing from God

Strong and fearless
Humbly loving with lots of care, 
Mum we love you, you are a credit to us all on this occasion that we share. 

A beautiful woman who took no nonsense in this life, 
Sturdy, loving and a humble wife.

Thank you for your discipline,
And thank you for putting a roof over our head, 
You are a blessing to me and many others who are, and are not around, 
By his grace, it’s you in the Father who has made us found.

So happy birthday Mum,
May God bless you on this day and many others in-front, 
Love you and like you wonderfully blunt.
