We have got this far

​We have come this far,
Not everyone has woken up today,
Prayers to their friends and families, but life should never get in the way.

If I had my last waking minute
I want you to laugh with me….and not cry,
But then again, it’s human reaction when someone leaves this earth as the eyes shut as life passing is by.

What’s happened has happened, 
And if you worry, then that’s your trait, 
You can’t always do something about it, leave this to a prayer, free will and God… not that fickleness called ‘debate’.

I rather someone be there for me, rather than cause a rile to my soul, 
Their hypertension is not your concern, 
This is where you look to your higher power, pray and then discern.

Yes, laugh, but you have to take the banter back on you,
Not everyone is going to underhand your quirkiness, just like a Daily Mail reader.. words that are reiterated as the question already reveals the answer for you waiting to view.

But in call seriousness, life continues and things won’t go your way
People who are no longer with us, say a prayer for them and their families today
A blessing is always with you, as soon from this moment time shall pass away.
