Pushing yourself

Some of us need to push ourselves to outside our comfort zone,
We need to grow
Don’t need to slow down, 
This is your life after all, until God says its your final day
Be humble to your heart, there is heaven awaiting to lay. 

Keep going and find your vice
Push your body, go for a walk, run or lift weights,
Some people delve into words which delve into unhealthy debates, 
Lift your spirit 
Lift your soul 
Allow your higher power be in full control. 

It’s about faith
It’s about the struggles which we later find, 
Some of them appear through a risk
Other situations you don’t know how to miss. 

Today is your day
A day of reflection and hope,
Stop moaning.. or is that a thing this country (UK) does so well;
A prayer is my humility and my story to tell.
