You can’t do this alone

It’s just the present moment, that is all we have
It’s the hope we can crave for, 
So shall we laugh?
Or shall we cry?
But one thing you are guaranteed.. and that’s to continue to try. 

It’s about ‘free will’
That is all you have got, 
People liking politics or fall into debauchery way of thinking, 
Others struggling too with their drug usage and miserable drinking. 

It’s about the present moment, 
Take a stand and do not return to that old place you were apart, 
This is a new beginning, which is so much different from the initial start. 

Just stay still
And if attacked? then please walk away, 
Anger, ‘he said and she said’ and looking at others faults,
Isn’t the place you need to be, nor do you need to retort.

Today is the day you can make a change
You can read this in the morning, afternoon or evening
Just make it happen, it’s your treacherous past you need to be leaving.
