Holding on…. (Keeping on track)

​Don’t lose focus
As we know you will always try your best,
If you fall due to the mechanics in the system, the world won’t treat you like anything less. 

You see, I have been on a journey too, 
Broken and smashed to peaces, 
I need my higher power to restore me, as a ‘new you’ is eventually releases.

There is a time to heal
A time to accept, 
A time to work hard
And a time to keep still
This is your time to reflect, that the reason for this poem, the simple solution thats’s real. 

I don’t have the answers 
That’s with your higher power, 
So tune in and hold onto prayer
It’s not a daily thing.. it’s a minute by minute to declare.
