Age… you can’t do anything about it

​Some regress 
Some manifest 
Some grow and embrace, 
Yesterday you can’t bring back, so why worry?
Is this another set of words for one to say I am sorry?

I am here 
And for that I am grateful,
None of us shall have the answers but that’s part of the insatiable.

This is your age and your journey,
Through the higher power you are ultimately worthy, 
If you feel depleted, then that’s a moment wasted 
I rather pray to start the day with a prayer, not those topics which are debated!

So move on sharpest 
Time doesn’t stop for no one today, 
Just start with your prayers first, it’s your higher power who has the final say.
