Learning everyday

​God never said keep still
Asking questions to him all the time, 
Wanting to be there for you when trials take place
Timing is key and in the end you can see why that moment is embraced. 

Timing can be quick
And can also be slow, 
Time stops for no one, therefore at that point you go!

We are learning to keep moving
And sometimes we need to rest,
Do not be wary… at that point you won’t be able to do your best.

Every day we are learning, 
For me, it’s sobriety and not picking up, 
It’s a day at a time for someone like I
If I kept on the way I was, obviously I would have said ‘goodbye’.

I am grateful to learn
I am grateful for that poignant moment when I can try and see what God has in store me,
As long we learn to be the best version of ourselves… then I feel that’s the answer to feeling free.
