What do you achieve when you put yourself down… nothing!

​What do you achieve when putting you or someone down, nothing!
It’s a mistake, 
A joke, 
What do you actually achieve? 
A blind promise, one I am unable to retrieve!

You are worthy to achieve you want, 
People should never look down at anyone, 
I have been there too…
People thinking of my brash exterior, when inside I felt insecure. 
When I looking was looking for the ultimate prize when belief in myself wasn’t held anymore? 

You see the people who overthink, they do have a creative mind, 
There expression is endless 
Why not you? Yes you! The person that matters reading these words
This world is challenging enough, and focus on the other lane to walk down… the one that doesn’t disturb. 

I am me, nothing else can leave my heart, 
I want to grow with Faith and the belief God has in me, 
He has picked me up from the trenches, when I was unable to see.

You see, the journey continues, 
Nobody has let anyone down, 
We just keep trying, what else can we ask?
You are better than you know, 
Now carp dieme… as today you begin to grow.
