No Shame….

​there’s no shame falling 
There no shame stalling, 
There’s no shame saying ‘sorry I was wrong’, 
There is plenty to take from a life which you do belong.

We have have all cried,
We have all said to loved one’s ‘goodbye’,
We have all cried and felt depressed
This means you are releasing the sh.t and you shall see your new zest.

But the sh.t must come out
It’s not your fault,
You are protected by demand and there’s no shame to feel fraught. 

There’s no shame in your behaviour 
I have been there time and time before, 
I thought there was no hope, and have tried to take my life
The pain will be released, the people will turn up no as you expect
You are a blessing to read these words.. just let go and confess.
