Why do we cry? When we look to hold it in?
Let it out, there’s a spirit that shall protect,
a friend/colleague made me feel I needed to reset.
It’s good to let out the tears,
Expression is such a British thing, or places that suppress,
Holding onto a moment to let the tears out
Is better than focusing or angering from having a shout.
You see, this moment shall release a new chapter; an ‘epiphany’ they call it today,
Stay balanced through your own understanding as you won’t enter into harms way.
I’ll encourage a cry
I miss my Dad, and unexpectedly I needed to say goodbye.
I love the tears,
It’s not a buzz, not those things which makes you go high,
Remember, the acceptance of something painful always comes from a cry.
