Not much to say..

​there are days I want to keep quiet
I know I shall be okay, and through a prayer I can be defiant.

There is a life to seek
There is a hope to be found,
People’s low mood can often play a part,
We except constantly happy people to never allow that happiness to depart. 

Like now, I feel somber as I am moving away,
I don’t always do this as I am a creature of habit, so the change reflects my mood,
Please approach me, I won’t come across as rude. 

My head is in the clouds but all shall be well, 
I know God has got you and me, 
What is happening today doesn’t mean it won’t change,
This life is your life, so please don’t worry what you read on the next page.

​where there is hope, there is a way
Today is calling you, as gratitude has a place to stay.

You are here not by chance 
It’s because God wants you here,
Teaching, guiding and working it through
Remember it was the Father who initially made you. 

Thank you for hope
Thank you for this life, 
Thank you for my friends and family,
People who mean so much 
God’s desire is a blessed touch.

Wake up and pray
Stay the day with prayer and the walk he wants for you,
Thank you Lord Jesus you left the door open.. and that you knew.

When change takes place

​Don’t worry about a thing
Love God with your heart, you won’t need any other words to bring. 

Love with your soul and Love with your mind, 
Pray each morning, afternoon and night
Change through faith can be humbling where there’s might. 

Don’t worry about anything
Please don’t, you will be okay
Love is powerful,
Love is never ending 
This world is broken enough with the gossip and chaos it has already caused
It’s down to us to remain still and hold onto a pause.

I have said this countless times
You have your life to hold onto, 
Look after it please, 
Where there is light.. God shall bring a test for you to see if you love
There is hope always in this area, so be gracious and refuse to shove.

The communication of poetry

​Poetry doesn’t need to rhyme
It’s philosophy which most of us already know, 
It’s about putting those thoughts into practice, which is something to show. 

Poetry is a vice for me
It’s a way to express my feelings, 
Yes, It exposes many emotions but it’s better than being angry and seething. 

Poetry is a kindness 
It expresses many nice words that need to be said, 
And the words are ones that enter the heart and mind after they are read.

Poetry is my friend
And it’s also a gift, 
Most of all, poetry is a medicine which expresses sensitive words that may need to be relayed
And best of all, it’s nice to relax with the comfort from a poem and take comfort what is slayed.

Living your best life

​How do you live your best life?
Write down a list?
Say is what’s on your mind?
Learn to be nice to you and others, finding what makes you kind?

I found out something new today
If something is lurking in your thoughts? Stop it and give that worry a name
Leave it there, just put cold water on your face and the thought shall go away
It’s positive thinking is that you want to stay. 

I may say things with ‘kind’, ‘way’ and ‘love, 
But it;s a great formula to enhance the thinking you possess inside,
Change is powerful and overthinking can lead you to subside. 

Yes, some things need to be addressed
And some things needs to be put in their place, 
I love the world but it’s facing hard times with one another, 
It’s not fair what we inflict on our sister and brother. 

Change is good
Change can be kind, 
I will find my time with God, that word is a good place to start,
The Father wants the best for you… From there… my story shall look to humble the heat.

​the clock ticks 
One second passes another,
Bless you my friend as things shall start to change 
Don’t worry there’s time to re-arrange.

I shall commit to the situation I face 
God has got this despite my apprehension,
Just pray there’s no need for tension.

Relax and take your time 
The walk with God has always been fine,
So let go and try to relax 
The higher has always got your back.

So goodbye and learn to be kind to you
Remain humble by focusing on a prayer,
The light shall relax you, as your has always been there.

Blessed to have a vice

​I am blessed to have a vice
I am blessed to have God inside heart, 
Some will call it ‘lucky’ but that isn’t the case
God is holding us together always, so learn to embrace. 

I love words
Expression 
Saying it as it is,
Then there is the art of learning how to write
This can be gentle or be part of a fight. 

It’s could be part of proving a point
Or turning the other cheek, 
Learning is part of the plan,
Stay humble and attempt to make a stand. 

Thank you for kindness
And thank you for letting me be, 
I thank God for everything, even the struggles I was unable to see. 

Take care of yourself, 
Be nice and gentle with you because we can always do the opposite, 
This life isn’t forever, so learn to relax and chill
This life is a learning curve… often you will be surreal.
