​who said it would be easy?
Nothing worth fighting for will be give to you, 
Yes it’s your journey after all
Stay here and read this message, and start again to stand tall. 

None of us are designed to give up,
And I say this to myself too, 
I’ll practice what I pray,
Thank you God I am here for just today. 

So as I stand here 
At this unearthly hour at the gym when I could have stayed an extra hour in bed, 
I start my day with prayers and then practice what I’ve preached instead.
