Learning to find you… again

​Find yourself a meeting 
Be in that safe space, 
Learn to hear similarities, as judgment can’t be ever traced.

You see, life is full of surprises
Life is full not knowing, 
People saying ‘can’t you stay for one?’
For us that could lead to suicide as the trigger of over use will be used as fun. 

You can’t change the past, 
You can only look to the future you have now, 
People in the rooms are safe,
Look to this as a new opportunity, a moment to learn 
And be part of the rooms to learn to discern. 

Your relationship with your higher power may never existed 
But this is an opportunity to keep going on, 
As today is all we have.. so why not enter into a place where you can learn and become strong?
