Rest peacefully..

​Before I go to bed I say my prayers,
I pray that I made it, no matter how great or challenging
We look to our faith, no matter how hopeful life has been or damaging. 

These words flow like a rhyme
Blessed and fully acknowledged, 
I don’t care what others think, nor should I be put off
I am a child of God after all and held aloft.

I pray for today and that it has treated me well
We are all facing difficulties and hardships we look to tell. 

Look to your hope from today
Remember the good you have in your life, 
You may not be good for someone, so you let them be
If you stay protected by faith…eventually your faith in a higher power will be able to see.
