dear diary
How are you today?
I am feeling ready for the gym
So I’ll put on my gym clothes and ‘go for it’…
I start with the rowing machine that is my first port,
And the weights thereafter, from there I shall retort.
I put on the superman theme music,
Knowing with a prayer things can’t go wrong,
So I try my best and fight until the last push,
As the satisfaction is euphoric like a everlasting ‘whoosh…’
You see, you can’t stop
God won’t allow you to do that,
The world don’t stop because of you,
Yes, take your time if you need to balance your mental health in order to ensue.
So as I write to the end of the sentence,
I know I shouldn’t put on that washing machine when others are sleeping, that’s my repentance.
It’s been another week of struggle
Along with a few mini wins,
Remember these words, especially when you feel unsure
Believe it or not you are worth much much more.

"None of us can stay positive all of the time.... my theory and practical is this, if you pray everyday, be nice to that one person every day (or better still more people), then the world will have that little more love to show and perhaps you will feel better....Anger solves nothing, love creates harmony, encouragement, hope and love..." What about me? I have type 1 diabetes, love the arts and I am a god fearing man (I am sure you can tell)...... I am also on IG type '@jaypoeticsensitivity.
