​Jay you are doing great!
You are trying your hardest and we see that, God is holding you close and that is the spirits caring, which I am sure you can relate. 

Jay, 60 days and counting…
You are a blessing to those that you see, 
You may not feel that at times, but when you put in the hard work.. you’ll capture a new form of free!

Jay you are loved and truly encouraged,
Keep going every step of the way, 
This is a new life for you my friend, as you already know this.. you only have today!

Be kind to yourself 
The first step is the hardness to do, 
Stay positive with a prayer in your heart, 
The light that awaits you shall merely become the beauty of a brand new start.
