I am sure you have heard this before,
Aching joints and the will to keep going
Well done for doing what you did, and that you keep showing,

Running through the Nordic roads
Going at a pace, which you are constantly measuring up to what needs to be done
This is a morale victory in what you won.

Well done, your wife, children, family and friends must be so proud 
The desire to the get to the finish line tests the inner spirit you possess to reach the end,
Well done for achieving this amazing run,
I am sure in your heart it was hard and also fun.

Well done, and god bless for reaching the pinnacle 
You trained hard and refused to feel at all cynical. 

Well done Stan, blessings and gratis for believing in you
