God gave me a gift

You were that hold,

I was foolish and unknowing, as my flagging Christianity mistold.

These words are personal

For you and for me,

I was an idiot, a fool even, yet protection from God I see.

I did silly things,

Foolish in fact,

I should have listened to the Father, that attribute I lacked.

Thank you for your time

Thank you for the food you fed and kindness,

I know you are a child of God, as I apologise for my blindness.
