Then put exercise in the mix,
Learn to be less rigid
And work on having an open mind
The start of your journey will be soon left behind.
Never be scared of the truth
Even if it’s at your expense,
Some occasions you learn from it
As negativity will eventually dispense.
Love your God
Have balanced debates and respect others distance
Something won’t interest you
Other won’t understand your point of view.
Remember balance and kindness we look to achieve
Where there is a heaven on earth
Harmony is the balance I want to relive.
