The Prayers will always be around,
Pride has a mind to conflict
And can leave you on the ground.
Determined to keep fighting.. that’s fine
But holding to the past which hurts still,
Isn’t it time to spend it with God and let go
The pride has sometimes nothing to show.
Pray each day
Even for those who are challenged by me,
For we have a Father who sees everything, and does not want us to flee.
Stay with God
Remember your pride will help to a degree,
Yet through prayers, love and forgiveness
The hands can’t catch for what the Father is able to see.
