I didn’t pick up.. today

​Thank for another day to breathe
And Thank you that I didn’t pick up, for that is also a relieve.

Thank you God for just being there
The love you have for each of us, we can’t dismiss, as the love for you I am to declare.

Thank you I didn’t pick up a drink today 
Or sniffed a line of Charlie,
My body is getting weary now, as I no longer need this to act barmy. 

Thank you for this day
For which I shall make the most of right now, 
God bless the person reading these words, as I hurt myself enough through another foul.
