Why we bother?

​we bother because we should care
We know this is our life after all, and self loathing has nothing to declare..

We bother because we are given this life,
I use to self loath and I struggled every day,
There is plenty to cause me harm, and nothing in order for to stay.

We bother because it’s our lives and we need to fight
We bother because we can see an ending within sight.

So stay in the present 
Not too far ahead,
Easier said than done
As the battle within has been fought and shall be won.
