I simply thank God

​I simply thank God for every day that I breathe
And that the angst taken away is a blessing so I continue to believe.

There will be people trying to rile your soul
They are simply prayed for, as you can ignore…. And then let them go.

I thank God for the day which has in-store
The protection and love is never ending, as the blessings I crave for more. 

These are simple words
Not of academia or intellectual standing, 
I know God loves you and me.. and this is the place I shall be landing.
