Turning up..

​It’s more than just ‘turning up’
It’s about the fight you have inside,
For me especially it’s God to whom I confide. 

Surrounded by gifts that are not always used,
Despite your past when you were physically or emotionally abused. 

The fact is, none of us are perfect
But in God’s eyes we have another chance.. and worth it.

Concentrate and remain still
In a world that is so chaotic where that’s the euphoric kill.

Keep going and turn up
Love is there to balance your body, heart and mind, 
Remember towards yourself… simply be kind.
