​The 129 bus 
The start of a recovering journey,
The peace and the stillness from this time that’s truly worthy. 

The 129 bus
Saved someone I love,
I didn’t know them back then,
God was working in them, my broken Christian girlfriend. 

They were suffering inside,
Fighting something they never thought they could get away from,
Wondering how they got to this place in the first place, when before they were strong.

You see God puts you in places that he knows is for your best, 
Even though it doesn’t make sense at the time, the outcome brings you to confess.
