You push through the weights and flow
The effort is endured and can go slow,
We fight to see today
Pray to God through this humble stay.
Thank you for this day
Thank you for this fight,
Pushing the dumb bells with all of my might.
It’s not easy, that’s why we do this;
But if you refuse you will be asked “why?”
To edify you
Embraced with the love of God
There is always hope, through this guile you have and through that ‘prod’.
