And you may have said that,

I need you always Lord, and yes, sometimes Lord I want you at a drop of a hat.

You said you loved me 

But I felt you never took it on board 

I am loving you now, and not from the edge from a sword.

You said you cared

And that a hug is always showing,

Then humility is prevalent, the place I am now growing.

You said you’ll be there 

And I pushed you back,

Let’s us humbly prayer together, from there where judgment slacks,
