You lift me up when I am down
You give me hope to remove this frown.
You make me laugh when I least expect
You are my best friend, when others reject.
You are my father and give me sound advice
You make me see the light, especially when all unfolds and I entice.
To provide me with a challenge when I cannot see,
Drawing me out of my comfort zone, in heaven you shall be set free.
